Recognition of Grocery Items in a Shopping Cart

چکیده

The goal of this project is to create an algorithm that allows a grocery store shopper to identify and price the items in their shopping cart by simply taking an image of their shopping cart. The proposed algorithm successfully detects and identifies multiple grocery items using the Scale Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT) and image matching techniques.
